Frequency?

For our residential clients, we can offer monthly cleaning, bi-monthly cleaning or one-off cleaning to suit your needs. New Leaf Window Cleaning prides itself in sending out individual text messages to all of its customers providing prior notice of when the next clean will take place.
For retail and commercial premises we work with you to provide a custom package best for your business, whether you need daily, weekly, monthly or one off cleaning we can tailor a service that best suits you.

Methods used?

New Leaf Window Cleaning uses a wide range of tools and techniques to provide the perfect finish every time, we always use the safest and most environmentally friendly technique possible to clean either from the van mounted system or via a battery powered back pack depending on access.

How high?

New Leaf Window Cleaning are able to clean windows and surfaces up to 60 feet high. However, for any heights above this, we can easily hire a cherry picker and other specialised equipment which not only means that we can reach significantly further than 60ft but also brings out a much better finish.

Do I need to be home?

No – As long as we can gain access to the back of your property then we are able to turn up and clean without you needing to be in.

How do I pay?

We take payments to suit your individual needs. Residential and Domestic customers can pay by cash or card in person or via the Payments page on this website. Commercial clients are usually invoiced at the end of the month (especially those that have weekly cleans) to limit the amount of admin required from both yourselves and New Leaf Window Cleaning. Receipts are available to everyone.

Access to water?

We bring literally everything with us with all of the services which we provide. As this includes the purified water we do not need to connect to your water supply in order to carry out the clean

Mid Terraced House?

We do not need to bring a hosepipe or ladders through your home in order to clean the windows at the back of the property as we have a portable battery powered back pack which we can use. This not only keeps your home cleaner but also means that the doors are shut if you have young children or pets. It is also a bonus in the winter months as it means that none of your heat is escaping during the clean!

Eco Friendly?

This is a top priority for New Leaf Window Cleaning. We only buy eco-friendly cleaning solutions and we make sure that 100% of the water that we purify is used leading to no wastage. These methods also ensure that your gardens, outside furniture or ornaments, pets and any other belongings will not be damaged or effected by the techniques which we employ.

Health & Safety?

Domestic premises are mainly cleaned using an approach of common sense but we will of course carry out a risk assessment if required. On all Commercial and Retail work we provide a full written health and safety report and method statement before the commencement of work.
At no time will we undertake any task that provides an unacceptable risk to ourselves, the client or the general public.

Liability and Insurance?

New Leaf Window Cleaning holds all legally required liability insurances.  Copies of certificates are available upon request.
